The present invention provides an electric shock accident preventing system for a line worker. 본 발명은, 선로 작업자 감전사고 예방 시스템을 제공한다. 선로 작업자 감전사고 예방 시스템은 선로 작업자 감전사고 예방 시스템으로서, 지지물(1)에 고정된 완철(2)의 장착공(2a)을 삽입관통하며 너트부(N)가 체결되는 결합부(11a), 결합부(11a)를 중심으로 방사상으로 배치된 체결부(11b)를 갖추고서, 완철(2)의 상면에 얹혀지는 합성수지재질의 안착부(11)와, 안착부(11)의 상면에 설치되어 가공배전선(L)을 고정 및 지지하는 애자부(12)로 구성된 배전선고정구(10)와; 상기 지지물(1) 주변으로 임시 혹은 설정기간 동안 접근을 제한하거나 접근자의 감시를 동시에 수행하기위한 장애물구조체(100)를 포함할 수 있다.
