The present invention relates to a repair facility test inspection system according to weather forecast, and more specifically, to a repair facility test inspection system according to weather forecast, which detects a test operation state of the repair facilities by operating the repair facilities according to a pre-stored test manual under test conditions which satisfy a condition in which rainfall forecast is obtained and a sluice gate is normally open at an opening rate, generates failure event information when a failure occurs for each repair facility to provides it to a central management server to perform failure event processing, thereby reducing damage from localized torrential rains through preemptive initial response.
본 발명은 기상 예보에 따른 수리 시설물 테스트 점검시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 강우예보가 획득되고 수문이 평상시 개도율로 개방된 상태인 조건을 만족하는 테스트 조건시에 사전 저장된 테스트 매뉴얼에 따라 수리 시설물들을 시험 동작시켜 수리 시설물들의 시험 동작 상태를 파악하고, 수리 시설물별 고장이 발생할 경우에 고장 이벤트 정보를 생성하여 중앙 관리 서버로 제공하여 고장 이벤트 처리를 수행하도록 하여 선제적 초동 대응으로 국지성 집중호우로부터의 피해를 저감할 수 있는 기상 예보에 따른 수리 시설물 테스트 점검시스템에 관한 것이다.
