Combined Structure of Column and Coping and Girders
The present invention relates to a combination structure of a column and a coping with a girder. The combination structure includes: a plurality of column parts spaced a predetermined distance apart from each other, having one side inserted into the ground, and having the other side erected to be exposed; a coping part having one side combined with the top of the other side of the column parts, and having the other side expanded, and having a placement groove formed on an upper side thereof; and a girder part inserted into the placement groove of the coping part. The combination structure can secure the ease and quickness of work through construction using a combination form provided for a column and a coping, and an insertion part and a protrusion part are formed into conical shapes matched with each other, and then, the insertion part or the protrusion part of the coping part is inserted into the protrusion part or the insertion part of the column part and settled therein to facilitate position adjustment between the coping and the column, and, lastly, a worker can easily make adjustment through leveling work. Moreover, in regard to a connection structure of the coping part and the girder part, shear connectors are provided in the girder part and/or the placement groove, and then, a filling material is lastly placed in a space where the shear connectors are formed, to be integrated, and, accordingly, an efficient coupling force therebetween can be secured.
본 발명은 기둥 및 코핑과 거더의 결합구조에 대한 발명으로서, 일정간격 이격되는 것으로 복수개가 형성되고, 일측이 지반에 삽입되고, 타측이 직립하여 노출되는 기둥부;, 및 일측이 상기 기둥부 타측 상단에 결합되고, 타측이 확대되는 형태로 상부면에 안착홈이 형성되는 코핑부; 및 상기 코핑부의 안착홈에 삽입되는 거더부;를 포함하는 것으로 형성되는 것으로 기둥 및 코핑 에 구비되는 결합형상을 활용한 시공으로 작업의 용이성 및 신속성을 확보할 수 있고, 삽입부 및 돌기부가 상호 대응되는 형태의 원뿔 형상으로 형성되는 것으로 코핑부의 삽입부 또는 돌기부가 기둥부의 돌기부 또는 삽입부에 삽입 거치됨으로 코핑과 기둥간의 위치 조정이 용이하고, 최종적으로 수평을 맞추는 것으로 작업자가 손쉽게 조정이 가능하다. 또한, 코핑부 및 거더부의 연결구조에 있어서, 거더부 및/또는 안착홈에는 전단연결재가 구비되고, 전단연결재가 형성된 공간에 최종적으로 충진재를 타설하는 것으로 일체화 되는 것으로 상호간에 효율적인 결합력을 확보할 수 있다.
