The present invention relates to a door closer arm adjuster wherein arm at a door side is folded in the shape of a rectangular sleeve, an arm at a door frame side is formed of a plate to slide inside the arm at a door side, the length thereof is adjusted by an adjustment screw at multiple stages and the position of adjustment can be discerned, so the arm at a door side can be configured as a single body to improve the productivity of the arm and the position of adjustment can be discerned to make the coupling of the adjustment screw accurate. For the purpose, the door closer arm adjuster according to the present invention includes a lever on the main body of the closer, which is fixed to the upper end of a door, to protrude, includes a door arm connected to the lever via a hinge part, includes a door frame arm combined with a door frame via a hinge part so that the door arm can slide, and includes an adjustment screw, which is hung on the door arm, on the door frame arm to adjust the coupling position of the door arm and the door frame arm. A plurality of grooves are arranged at constant intervals on the inner bottom surface of the door arm to allow the end of the adjustment screw to be selectively inserted and hung. An opening part is punched in a lengthwise direction on the upper surface of the door arm to allow the adjustment screw to protrude, thereby preventing the adjustment screw from being hung when sliding.
본 발명은 도어측 암을 사각 슬리브 형태로 절곡하고 문틀측 암은 판재로 형성하여 상기 도어측 암 내부에서 슬라이드되도록 하고 또한 조절나사를 통하여 다단계로 길이조절되며 조절위치가 식별되도록 함으로써, 도어측 암을 단일체로 구성할 수 있으므로 암의 생산성이 향상되고 조절위치가 식별되므로 조절나사의 체결이 정확해지는 도어클로저 암 조절장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 도어 상단에 고정되는 클로저본체에 레버가 돌출 구비되고, 상기 레버에 힌지부를 통하여 연결되는 도어암이 구비되며, 상기 도어암이 슬라이드되게 문틀에 힌지부를 통하여 결합되는 문틀암이 구비되고, 상기 문틀암에는 상기 도어암에 걸리는 조절나사가 구비되어서 도어암과 문틀암의 체결위치가 조절되도록 한 도어클로저 암 조절장치에 있어서, 상기 도어암 내부 바닥면에 다수의 홈이 등간격으로 구비되어서 상기 조절나사 끝단의 첨단부가 선택적으로 끼워져 걸리며; 상기 도어암 윗면에는 상기 조절나사가 돌출되게 개방부가 길이방향으로 천공되어서 슬라이드 과정에서 상기 조절나사가 걸리지 않도록 한 특징이 있다.

본 발명은 도어측 암을 사각 슬리브 형태로 절곡하고 문틀측 암은 판재로 형성하여 상기 도어측 암 내부에서 슬라이드되도록 하고 또한 조절나사를 통하여 다단계로 길이조절되며 조절위치가 식별되도록 함으로써, 도어측 암을 단일체로 구성할 수 있으므로 암의 생산성이 향상되고 조절위치가 식별되므로 조절나사의 체결이 정확해지는 도어클로저 암 조절장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 도어 상단에 고정되는 클로저본체에 레버가 돌출 구비되고, 상기 레버에 힌지부를 통하여 연결되는 도어암이 구비되며, 상기 도어암이 슬라이드되게 문틀에 힌지부를 통하여 결합되는 문틀암이 구비되고, 상기 문틀암에는 상기 도어암에 걸리는 조절나사가 구비되어서 도어암과 문틀암의 체결위치가 조절되도록 한 도어클로저 암 조절장치에 있어서, 상기 도어암 내부 바닥면에 다수의 홈이 등간격으로 구비되어서 상기 조절나사 끝단의 첨단부가 선택적으로 끼워져 걸리며; 상기 도어암 윗면에는 상기 조절나사가 돌출되게 개방부가 길이방향으로 천공되어서 슬라이드 과정에서 상기 조절나사가 걸리지 않도록 한 특징이 있다.
