The present invention relates to a pillar having a horizontal member installed with a deflection preventing apparatus, for a pillar composed of a pillar post and a horizontal bar on the top of the pillar post. The horizontal bar comprises: a fixing bar which is penetrated through and engaged with the pillar post; and an installation bar which is installed by a hinge shaft to rotate up and down on the top of the fixing bar. A deflection preventing element, which prevents the installation bar, engaged by the hinge shaft engaged with the fixing bar, from downward deflection and simultaneously restores the deflected installation bar to an initial state, is formed on the fixing bar to be connected with the installation bar. Therefore, downward deflection of the installation bar under the pillar post is prevented using the deflection preventing element installed on the fixing bar. In addition, at least one or more reinforcing members are engaged with the deflection preventing element inside the installation bar, and thus installation strength of the installation bar is reinforced to prevent damage and breakage of the installation bar by external pressure.
본 발명은 처짐 방지 장치가 설치된 가로재가 구비된 지주에 관한 것으로서, 지주대와 상기 지주대 상부에 수평으로 가로봉을 설치 구성하는 데, 상기 가로봉은 지주대에 관통되게 결합 되는 고정봉과, 상기 고정봉의 선단에 상,하로 회전되게 힌지축으로 설치되는 설치봉으로 구성하고, 상기 고정봉에 결합 된 힌지축으로 결합 된 설치봉이 밑으로 쳐지는 것을 방지함과 동시에 밑으로 처진 설치봉을 처음 상태로 복귀하는 처짐 방지수단을 상기 설치봉과 연결되게 고정봉에 형성하여, 상기 고정봉에 설치된 처짐 방지수단을 이용하여 설치봉이 지주대의 밑으로 처지는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 상기 처짐 방지수단은 설치봉의 내부와 연결되게 고정봉의 내부에 형성하므로서, 상기 지주의 외관을 미려해지게 할 수 있으며, 상기 처짐 방지수단은 선단이 설치봉의 내부에 연결되며, 상기 고정봉의 내측 하단으로부터 이격되게 길이 방향으로 형성되는 각도 조절부와 상기 각도 조절부의 후단 상부를 가압하는 각도 조절볼트와 그 각도 조절볼트가 나사 결합되도록 상기 고정봉의 내측 상부에 결합되는 너트로 구성하여 상기 각도 조절볼트의 회전 방향에 따라 밑으로 처진 설치봉이 처음 상태로 복귀되도록 하기 때문에 상기 처짐 방지수단의 작동을 용이하게 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이로 인하여 밑으로 처진 설치봉을 처음 상태로 복귀하는 시간을 현저히 줄일 수 있으며, 상기 설치봉의 내부에는 처짐 방지수단과 연결되게 길이 방향으로 형성된 보강부를 적어도 1개 이상 결합 구성하여, 상기 설치봉의 설치 강도를 보강하여 외부의 압력에 의해 설치봉이 파손 및 부러지는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
