The present invention relates to a regenerating functional agent, a regenerated asphalt composition comprising the same, and a regenerated asphalt mixture comprising the asphalt composition. More particularly, provided are a regenerating functional agent comprising 25 wt% or less of saturated hydrocarbon and 60 wt% or more of aromatic hydrocarbon, and having the kinematic viscosities of 80 to 200 cSt at 60℃ and 5 to 40 cSt at 100℃, a difference between the kinematic viscosity at 60℃ and the kinematic viscosity at 100℃ of 75 to 195, the specific gravity of 0.94 to 1.00, and the flash point of more than 250℃; an asphalt composition comprising the same, and a regenerated asphalt mixture containing the same. According to the present invention, excellent regeneration capability of the regenerated asphalt composition can be ensured.
