LED CONTROLLER OF IN-GROUND TRAFFIC LIGHT
The present invention relates to a LED controller for a floor-type pedestrian traffic light. According to the present invention, the LED controller comprises: a main body of a floor-type pedestrian traffic light lighting a pedestrian signal on the floor of a crosswalk waiting line to provide additional signal information to pedestrians; an LED array unit in which a plurality of green LED light-emitting channels and a plurality of red LED light-emitting channels connected to each other in parallel are alternately arranged on a PCB board, wherein each of the plurality of green LED light-emitting channels and the plurality of red LED light-emitting channels includes a plurality of green LEDs and a plurality of red LEDs; an LED driving unit driving each green LED of each green LED light emitting channel and each red LED of each red LED light emitting channel provided in the LED array unit; a temperature measurement unit measuring the temperature around the main body of the floor-type pedestrian traffic light to output temperature sensing information; and a control unit receiving the temperature sensing information output from the temperature measurement unit to correct a preset LED brightness level according to the currently measured temperature sensing information, generating a pulse width modulation (PWM) control signal to be changed by a preset constant current ratio for selectively operating each green/red LED light emitting channel of the LED array unit according to the corrected LED brightness level, and controlling operation of the LED driver according to the generated PWM control signal. Accordingly, a decline in LED luminous flux due to the ambient temperature can be effectively solved.
본 발명은 바닥형 보행신호등의 LED 제어장치에 관한 것으로, 횡단보도 대기선 바닥에 보행신호를 점등하여 보행자에게 추가적인 신호정보를 제공할 수 있도록 구성된 바닥형 보행신호등 본체부와, PCB 기판 상에 서로 병렬 연결된 복수의 녹색 LED 발광채널과 복수의 적색 LED 발광채널이 교차 배열됨과 아울러 복수의 녹색 LED 발광채널과 복수의 적색 LED 발광채널 각각은 복수의 녹색 LED 발광소자와 복수의 적색 LED 발광소자를 구비하는 LED 어레이부와, LED 어레이부에 구비된 각 녹색 LED 발광채널의 각 녹색 LED 발광소자 및 각 적색 LED 발광채널의 각 적색 LED 발광소자를 구동하는 LED 구동부와, 바닥형 보행신호등 본체부의 주변에 대한 온도를 측정하여 온도센싱 정보를 출력하는 온도측정부와, 온도측정부로부터 출력된 온도센싱 정보를 제공받아 이를 기반으로 현재 측정된 온도센싱 정보에 따라 기 설정된 LED 밝기 레벨을 보정한 후, 보정된 LED 밝기 레벨에 따라 LED 어레이부의 각 녹색/적색 LED 발광채널을 선택적으로 구동하기 위한 기 설정된 정전류의 비율에 의해 변화되도록 펄스 폭 변조(PWM) 제어신호를 생성하고, 생성된 펄스 폭 변조(PWM) 제어신호에 따라 LED 구동부의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함함으로써, 주변 온도에 따른 LED 광속 저하를 효과적으로 해결할 수 있다.
