FOLDING DOOR OF SWING AND SLIDING FUNCTION HAVING EXCELLENT DURABILITY
The present invention provides a folding door of a swinging and sliding function having excellent durability, comprising: a main doorframe; a swinging doorframe installed with a gap from the upper frame of the main doorframe, combined with the upper part of a swinging door, and having a movement track formed therein; a sliding doorframe formed below the upper frame of the main doorframe and having a movement track formed therein; a swinging door formed and combined with one side frame of the main doorframe to be able to rotate on a hinge in a swinging manner; and a sliding door having a hanger formed in an upper part, installed on the movement track of the sliding doorframe to be able to slide, and sliding to the movement track of the swinging doorframe to overlap with the swinging door. In the swinging door and the sliding door, the ends of vertical frames at both sides and the ends of horizontal frames at the upper and lower sides are combined with each other at the corner sides, the vertical frames have partially cut step grooves formed at the upper and lower parts thereof, both ends of the horizontal frames are inserted into the step grooves, and a coupler in the shape of L is coupled and fixed to the horizontal frames and the vertical frames inside a combination part at a corner side to support the vertical frames and the horizontal frames. According to the present invention, the coupling structure of the doorframe is improved and coupling is performed firmly from the inside using the coupler, thereby improving durability against a load and a shock, the frame is filled with a lightweight foaming agent to enhance strength, energy costs are reduced by heat insulation, the fixing force of the hinge is increased to buffer and support a load and a shock, a novel hinge is mounted to be light and to have excellent strength, airtightness is increased owing to slimness, a gap between frames is prevented from increasing, scratch resistance is excellent and an outer appearance is beautiful.
본 발명은 메인도어틀; 메인도어틀의 상부프레임과 이격 설치되고 여닫이도어 상부에 결합되며 내측에 이동트랙이 형성된 여닫이도어틀; 메인도어틀의 상부프레임 하측에 형성되고 내측에 이동트랙이 형성된 미닫이도어틀; 메인도어틀의 일측프레임에 힌지를 통해 여닫이식으로 회전 가능하게 결합 형성된 여닫이도어; 및 상부에 행거가 형성되어 미닫이도어틀의 이동트랙에 슬라이드 이동되게 설치되고 여닫이도어틀의 이동트랙으로 슬라이드 이동하여 여닫이도어와 겹쳐지는 미닫이도어를 포함하고, 여닫이도어와 미닫이도어는 코너측에서 양측 세로프레임과 상하측 가로프레임의 단부끼리 결합되되, 세로프레임은 상·하단부에 일부가 절개된 단차홈이 형성되고, 가로프레임은 양단부가 단차홈에 삽입되며, 코너측 결합부 내부에 "ㄱ" 형상의 체결구가 가로프레임과 세로프레임에 고정 체결되어 세로프레임과 가로프레임을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 우수한 안고지기문을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 도어프레임의 체결 구조를 개선하고 내측에서 체결구로 견고하게 체결함으로써 하중과 충격에 대한 내구성이 증가하고, 틀 또는 프레임 내부에 경량의 발포체가 충진되어 강성이 증대되고, 단열성으로 인해 에너지비용이 절감되며, 힌지 고정력이 증가하여 하중과 충격을 완충 및 지지하고, 신규한 힌지를 장착하여 가볍고 강성이 우수하며, 슬림하여 밀폐력이 증가하고, 프레임 사이가 벌어지지 않으며, 내스크래칭성이 우수하고 외관이 미려한 효과가 있다.
