Pump Gate Apparatus for Preventing Flood and Storable Water
The present invention relates to a pump gate for preventing flood and storing water. If a valve opening and closing motor or a handle is operated in one direction, a valve opening and closing device interlocks therewith so as to lower an upper connection rod and a lower connection rod through a power conversion part and to lower an upper press wedge and a lower press wedge of a flap opening and closing part, thereby releasing the upper and lower wedge matching of an upper fixing wedge and a lower fixing wedge, releasing the freedom at the outer side of the flap and allowing the flap to rotate, open and close. If the valve opening and closing motor or the handle is operated in an opposite direction to raise the lower connection rod, the upper press wedge and the lower press wedge of the flap opening and closing part are raised to allow the upper and lower wedge matching of the upper fixing wedge and the lower fixing wedge to restrict the total freedom of the flap and to close the flap forcibly to the main body of a valve. The pump gate for preventing flood and storing water in accordance with the present invention comprises a control part configured to control the organic operation of the main body of the gate, an opening and closing device, a pump, a flap valve, the valve opening and closing device and the flap opening and closing part to maintain the flap to be able to be opened and closed from the main body of the valve during flood prevention and to allow the flap to be closed forcibly together with the main body of the valve during water storage, thereby preventing flooding and enabling water storage of inland water.
본 발명은 이치수형 펌프수문에 관한 것으로, 밸브개폐전동기 또는 핸들이 한방향으로 구동되면 밸브개폐기가 연동되어서 상부연결봉, 동력변환부를 통해 하부연결봉이 하강되고 플랩개폐부의 상부누름웨지 및 하부누름웨지가 하강되어서 상부고정웨지 및 하부고정웨지와의 상·하쐐기대우(對偶)가 해제되어서 플랩의 외수측 자유도가 해제되어 플랩이 회동개폐되도록 구비되고; 밸브개폐전동기 또는 핸들이 반대방향으로 구동되어서 하부연결봉이 상승시키면 플랩개폐부의 상부누름웨지 및 하부누름웨지가 상승되어서 상부고정웨지 및 하부고정웨지와의 상·하쐐기대우(對偶)가 플랩의 전(全)자유도를 구속하여 밸브본체에 강제로 폐쇄되도록 구비된다. 이러한 본 발명의 이치수형 펌프수문은, 수문본체, 개폐기, 펌프, 플랩밸브, 밸브개폐기 및 플랩개폐부를 유기적으로 작동 제어하도록 제어부를 구성하여 치수시에는 상기 플랩을 밸브본체로부터 개폐할 수 있는 상태로 유지시키고, 저수시에는 플랩을 밸브본체와 강제 폐쇄시키도록 구비하여 내수의 치수와 저수가 가능하다.

The present invention relates to a pump gate for preventing flood and storing water.
