A method for reinforced waterproofing in a building according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: making the surface of a floor surface flat and smooth by removing foreign substances to evenly clean the floor for waterproofing construction; after checking whether a moisture content of the floor is less than or equal to 8% or more than 12% by measuring the moisture content of the floor with a moisture content analyzer, carrying out waterproofing work if the moisture content is less than or equal to 8%, taking a drying measure to lower the moisture content if it is 8% to 12 %, and stop waterproofing work for a certain period if it exceeds 12%; if the moisture content of the floor is 8% or less, applying a primer to the floor and drying and curing for four hours or more; after placing a glass fiber sheet on the primer-coated floor, repeating the work of coating and impregnating polyester once to five times; and spraying and curing polyurea on the polyester. According to the present invention, a glass fiber sheet is laid on the floor surface that has been solidly worked with a primer, and polyester is impregnated to increase the solidity and durability of the floor surface. After that, polyurea is applied evenly and accurately on the floor surface to complete the waterproofing treatment.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 건축물의 보강방수공법은, 방수 시공을 위한 바탕면의 고른 정리를 위해 이물질을 제거하면서 평활하게 만드는 단계; 바탕면의 함수율을 함수율분석측정기로 측정하여, 바탕면의 함수율이 8% 이하이거나 12%가 넘는지 확인한 후, 바탕면의 함수율이 8%이하이면 다음 방수 작업을 진행하며, 8% ~ 12% 이면 함수율을 낮추는 건조 조치를 취하고, 12%가 넘으면 일정시간 동안 방수 작업을 중단하는 단계; 바탕면의 함수율이 8%이하인 경우에, 바탕면에 프라이머를 도포하고 4시간 이상 건조 경화시키는 단계; 프라이머가 도포된 바탕면에 유리섬유시트를 배치한 후, 폴리에스테르를 도포 함침하는 작업을 1회 ~ 5회 반복하는 단계; 및 폴리에스테르 상에 폴리우레아를 분사 도포하여 경화시키는 단계를 포함한다.
