The present invention relates to a bathroom waterproofing method, and more specifically, to a method for waterproofing a bathroom in an apartment using water-soluble waterstop materials to fill all gaps and waterproof the entire floor without dismantling or damaging the flooring facilities. The method for waterproofing a bathroom in an apartment using water-soluble waterstop materials according to the present invention comprises: supplying moisture to voids and cracks inside a floor by putting water into gaps in the floor; injecting water-soluble urethane liquid into large voids in the floor so that the urethane liquid foams while following the moisture to block large gaps; inserting a packer into each injection hole after drilling the injection holes at regular intervals along the edges of the floor; injecting water-soluble acrylic liquid into each packer to be cured along the moisture, thereby gelling and blocking small gaps with moisture; and finishing by filling all the injection holes. According to the present invention, the method for waterproofing a bathroom enables quick waterproofing construction without removing flooring, does not cause noise, and reduces construction costs significantly. In addition, waterproofing of the entire floor makes it possible to achieve complete separation from downstairs. Moreover, as the materials penetrate into even invisible cracks, there is no need to find exact locations and to prepare equipment such as a water leak detector, etc.
본 발명은 욕실 방수 공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 바닥 시설의 해체 및 파손 없이 모든 틈새를 메우고 바닥 전체를 방수하는 수용성 지수재를 이용한 공동주택 욕실 방수 공법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 수용성 지수재를 이용한 공동주택 욕실 방수 공법은, 바닥의 틈새에 물을 주입하여 바닥 내부의 공극 및 균열부로 수분을 공급하는 단계; 바닥의 큰 공극에 수용성 우레탄 지수를 주입하여 수분을 따라가며 발포되면서 큰 틈새를 차단하는 단계; 바닥의 가장자리를 따라 일정한 간격으로 주입구를 천공한 후 각 주입구에 패커를 삽입하는 단계; 각 패커에 수용성 아크릴 지수를 주입하여 수분을 따라가며 경화됨으로써 수분이 있는 작은 틈새를 차단하며 겔화시키는 단계; 및 모든 주입구를 메워 마감하는 단계; 를 포함한다.본 발명에 따른 수용성 지수재를 이용한 공동주택 욕실 방수 공법은 바닥을 들어내지 않고도 시공이 가능하여 신속하게 시공할 수 있고, 소음이 발생하지 않으며, 시공 비용이 대폭 저렴해지는 효과가 있다. 또한, 바닥 전체를 방수하므로 아랫 세대와 완벽한 분리가 이루어지고, 보이지 않는 균열부까지 침투되므로 정확한 위치를 찾을 필요가 없으며, 누수 탐지기 등의 장비가 필요치 않다.
