Indoor flooring material with high wear resistance no deformation and functionality
The present invention provides an indoor flooring material having high abrasion resistance, non-deformability, and functionality. According to the present invention, a surface decoration layer is added with a large amount of aluminum oxide and formed to be thick to have high abrasion resistance and to prevent a phenomenon of bending or breaking in a semi-finished status. In addition, PVC gel added with activated carbon and copper slag is impregnated in a fabric or a glass fiber constituting a core layer so that a flooring material is not deformed, and functions of moisture removal, deodorization and antibacterial action are given to the flooring material. The indoor flooring material having the high abrasion resistance, the non-deformability, and the functionality of the present invention comprises: a surface decoration layer; a heartwood layer; a wood-based board; and first and second adhesive layers.
본 발명은, 표면치장층에 알루미늄옥사이드를 다량 첨가하고 두께를 두껍게 형성하여 고내마모성을 가지면서 반제품 상태에서 휘어지거나 부서지는 현상을 방지하며, 심재층을 구성하는 패브릭 또는 유리섬유에 활성탄과 동슬래그를 첨가한 PVC 겔을 함침시켜 바닥재가 변형되지 않으면서 바닥재에 습기제거와 탈취 및 항균작용의 기능성을 부여한, 고내마모성과 무변형 및 기능성을 갖는 실내용 바닥재를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
