Method for preventing neutralization and shielding electromagnetic waves of concrete structure
The present invention relates to a construction method for coating a surface of a deteriorated reinforced concrete structure or a newly-established reinforced concrete structure to provide an electromagnetic shielding performance so as to prevent malfunction of information and communication equipment due to electromagnetic invasion from the outside, while preventing neutralization of the reinforced concrete structure. According to the present invention, leveling patching material is spread, acrylic urethane modified water-soluble composite resin is coated on the reinforced concrete structure, and therefore, silica sands and extenders on which graphene that constitutes the patching material and the composite resin is regularly coated are regularly arranged on a film to be formed by being connected with a conductive layer by the graphene, so as to improve the electromagnetic shielding performance. The construction method comprises the following steps of: processing a surface of the reinforced concrete structure; spreading the patching material on the surface; and coating the composite resin on the surface.
본 발명은, 철근 콘크리트 구조물의 중성화를 방지하면서, 외부로부터 전자파의 침투로 인한 정보통신기기의 오작동을 방지하기 위한 전자파 차폐 성능을 제공하기 위해, 노후화된 철근 콘크리트 구조물이나 신설된 철근 콘크리트 구조물 표면을 코팅하는 공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 철근 콘크리트 구조물에 레벨링 패칭제를 도포하고 아크릴 우레탄계 변성수용성 복합수지를 코팅함으로써, 상기 패칭제와 복합수지를 구성하는 그래핀이 균일하게 코팅된 규사와 체질안료가, 도막에서 그래핀에 의한 도전막이 연결되어 형성되도록 균일하게 배열되어 전자파 차폐 성능이 향상되는 것이 가능해진다.
