ARTIFICIAL TURF CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE INCLUDING ARTIFICIAL TURF PILE CONTAINING INHERENTLY DISSIPATIVE POLYMER
The present invention relates to an artificial turf construction structure including an artificial turf pile containing a permanently antistatic polymer. According to the present invention, the artificial turf construction structure including an artificial turf pile and artificial turf filling material containing the permanently antistatic polymer comprises: the artificial turf piles (100) planted in the ground (50); a silica (150) scattered between the artificial turf piles (100) and fixing the artificial turf piles (100) in the ground (50) and fixing the artificial turf piles (100) not to move; and the artificial turf filling material (200) placed on the silica (150) and formed between the artificial turf piles (100) and covering a lower side of the artificial turf piles (100) and exposing only an upper side of the artificial turf piles (100). According to the present invention, the artificial turf construction structure including the artificial turf piles and the artificial turf filling material containing the permanently antistatic polymer is able to be manufactured by mixing the permanently antistatic polymer with various additives, grant anti-static properties and insulation properties, and enhance properties such as durability and tensile strength.
본 발명은 영구대전방지제를 함유한 인조잔디 파일을 포함하는 인조잔디 시공구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 영구대전방지제를 함유한 인조잔디 파일, 인조잔디 충진재를 포함하는 인조잔디 시공구조는 지반(50)에 식재되어 적층된 인조잔디 파일(100); 상기 인조잔디 파일(100) 사이에 뿌려져서 상기 인조잔디 파일(100)을 지반(50)에 안정적으로 고정하고 상기 인조잔디 파일(100)이 이동되지 않도록 고정 지지하는 규사(150); 및 상기 규사(150) 상에 적층되고 상기 인조잔디 파일(100) 사이에 형성되어 상기 인조잔디 파일(100)의 하부를 덮고 상부만 노출되도록 하는 인조잔디 충진재(200)을 포함한다. 상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명에 따른 영구대전방지제를 함유한 인조잔디 파일과 인조잔디 충진재를 포함하는 인조잔디 시공구조는 영구 대전방지 고분자 및 각종 첨가물을 혼합하여 제조함으로써, 대전방지성 및 차열성을 부여할 수 있고, 내구성, 인장강도 등의 물성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
