The present invention relates to a transfer pipe connection structure using a ring band. The present invention may provide a transfer pipe connection structure using a ring band, in which a linear member having a certain width and length is rolled around the outer periphery of the end of a transfer pipe to have a ring shape, a coupling end protruding as much as the thickness of the ring band is formed on the outer periphery of the transfer pipe by rolling the ring band into a circle processed so as not to open by combining the male and female fastening ends of both ends and welding the ring band, and in a state in which the ring bands face the welded transfer pipes to face each other, the ring bands are wrapped so that a joint member is coupled, and allowing the transfer pipes are joint-coupled faced by the coupling of the ring band and the joint member.
본 발명은 링밴드를 이용한 이송관 연결구조에 관한 것으로서, 이송관의 단부 외주연에 일정 폭과 길이를 갖는 선형부재를 말아서 링형태를 갖추도록 하고, 양측 끝단의 암수 체결단부를 결합시켜 벌어지지 않도록 가공된 링밴드를 원형으로 말아서 용접시켜 이송관 외주연에 링밴드의 두께만큼 돌출되는 결합단부가 형성되도록 하고, 상기 링밴드가 용접된 이송관 들을 상호 대향하도록 맞댄 상태에서 상기 링밴드들을 감싸서 조인트부재가 결합되도록 하며, 상기 링밴드와 조인트부재의 결합으로 대면하는 이송관 사이가 조인트 결합되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 링밴드를 이용한 이송관 연결구조가 제공될 수 있다.
