A method of waterproofing a shingle roof and a waterproof coating structure for a shingle roof prepared therefrom
The present invention relates to a method for performing waterproofing of a shingle roof and a waterproof coating structure formed thereby, which comprises: a surface treatment step (S1) of cleanly removing contaminants such as laitance, dusts, oily substances and the like attached to a base surface of a roof; a primer layer formation step (S2) of applying water-soluble urethane to the base surface whose surface is treated in the previous step (S1) to form a primer layer; a sheet attachment step (S3) of attaching a fiberglass sheet for waterproofing of urethane to the primer layer formed in the previous step (S2); a waterproof layer formation step (S4) of coating an one-liquid-type water-soluble urethane waterproofing agent on the sheet attached in the previous step (S3) to form an intermediate coat waterproof layer; and a topcoat waterproof layer formation step (S5) of coating the one-liquid-type water-soluble urethane waterproofing agent on the intermediate coat layer dried in the previous step (S4) to form a topcoat waterproof layer. In accordance with the present invention, existing color shingles don't need to be demolished, so that waterproofing can be efficiently performed on the shingle roof while the existing color shingles are maintained. Moreover, adhesion as well as weather-proofness, waterproofness and durability can be greatly enhanced.
본 발명은 슁글지붕을 방수 시공하는 방법 및 이에 따라 형성된 슁글지붕용 방수 코팅 구조체에 관한 것으로, (S1) 지붕 바탕면에 부착된 레이턴스, 먼지 및 유분과 같은 오염물질을 깨끗이 제거하는 표면처리 단계; (S2) 상기 단계 (S1)에서 표면처리된 바탕면에 수용성 우레탄으로 하도층을 형성하는 단계; (S3) 상기 단계 (S2)에서 형성된 하도층에 우레탄 방수용 유리섬유 시트를 부착하는 단계; (S4) 상기 단계 (S3)에서 부착된 시트 위에 일액형 수용성 우레탄 방수제를 도포하여 중도 방수층을 형성하는 단계; 및 (S5) 상기 단계 (S4)에서 중도층이 건조된 후 일액형 수용성 우레탄 방수제를 도포하여 상도 방수층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 본 발명에 따르면 기존의 칼라슁글을 철거하지 않고 유지시키면서 슁글지붕을 효율적으로 방수 시공할 수 있으며, 내후성, 내수성 및 내구성뿐만 아니라 접착성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.
