Combination structure of Arched frame
The present invention relates to a combination structure of an arched frame that can firmly support inner walls of a building constituting a hemispherical or elliptical tunnel structure, enhance the appearance to increase the value of the building, and can save construction time and cost. In a frame combination structure of a curved ceiling structure, a plurality of first brackets are coupled at intervals to an inner wall forming a curved surface, one side of a vertical bar is coupled to the first brackets, a second bracket is coupled to the other side of the vertical bar, a horizontal bar is coupled to the second bracket, a plurality of fixing clips are coupled left and right to the horizontal bar, frames are coupled by pressing to the front surface of the fixing clips, a decorative plate is coupled between the frames, a step to which an adjacent fixing clip is connected is formed on one end of the fixing clips, a pair of fixing grooves are formed on the front surface of the fixing clips, and fixing protrusions formed corresponding to the frames are inserted and coupled to the fixing grooves. Therefore, the present invention enables simple combination by pressing and inserting the fixing protrusions of the frames into the fixing grooves of the fixing clips, and forms coupling grooves on both sides of the frames spaced left and right to couple a decorative plate, so that not only an arched building can be quickly constructed but also construction cost can be reduced through simple configuration and combination structure, having economical effect.
본 발명은 반구형 또는 타원형의 터널구조를 이루는 건축물의 내벽을 견고히 지지하고 외관을 돋보이게 하여 건축물의 가치를 높이며, 시공시간 및 비용을 절감할 수 있는 아치형 프레임의 결합구조에 관한 것으로, 곡선 형성된 천장 구조물의 프레임 결합구조에 있어서, 곡면을 형성하는 내벽에는 복수의 제1브래킷이 간격을 이루며 결합되고, 상기 제1브래킷에는 세로바의 일측이 결합되며, 상기 세로바의 타측에는 제2브래킷이 결합되고, 상기 제2브래킷에는 가로바가 결합되며, 상기 가로바에는 복수의 고정클립이 좌우로 결합되고, 상기 고정클립의 전면에는 프레임이 압착에 의해 결합되며, 상기 프레임의 사이에는 장식판이 결합되되, 상기 고정클립의 한쪽 끝단에는 인접한 고정클립이 연결되는 단턱이 형성되고, 고정클립의 전면에는 한 쌍의 고정홈이 형성되며, 상기 고정홈에는 프레임에 대응하게 형성된 고정돌기가 삽입 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.따라서 본 발명은 고정클립의 고정홈에 프레임의 고정돌기를 압착에 의해 삽입하여 간단히 결합할 수 있으며, 좌우로 간격을 이룬 프레임의 양측에는 결합홈을 형성하여 장식판을 결합함으로써 아치형 건축물의 시공이 더욱 신속히 이루어질 뿐만 아니라, 단순한 구성 및 결합구조에 의해 시공비용을 절감할 수 있어 더욱 경제적인 효과가 있다.
