DIAL LOCK
The present invention relates to a dial lock which comprises: a housing (1); a key bundle (2) connected to a locking latch rotatably mounted in a hole of the housing; a locking rod (3) provided in the housing, having one end coming in contact with a key bundle to move to a locking position and a unlocking position in the longitudinal direction, and having a plurality of protruding keys (31) formed therein; and a plurality of dials (4) rotatably mounted on the locking rod (3), moving to a position engaged with the protruding key (31) of the locking rod and a disengagement position, and having numbers 0 to 9 formed on the outer circumferential surface. According to the present invention, a horizontal groove (23) extending in the outer circumferential direction and a vertical groove (24) in a direction perpendicular to the horizontal groove (23) are formed on a side surface of the key bundle (2). A spring (25) is disposed on the upper side of the vertical groove (24) to block the horizontal groove (23) elastically. A cam member (26) is provided to be elastically move up and down by the spring. The front end part of the locking rod (3) is disposed in the horizontal groove (23) to be designed to ride over the cam member (26) during rotation of the key bundle for locking and unlocking. Since the locking rod (3) is provided movably through holes formed in the central parts of both sides of a holder member (7) and a front end part (71) adjacent to the key bundle is inclined to both sides, the locking rod moves from the horizontal groove formed on a side surface of the key bundle to the cam member provided in the vertical groove when the key bundle is rotated, so that structure is simplified, thereby providing effects of decreasing failure rate and reducing manufacturing cost.
본 발명은 하우징(1)과, 상기 하우징의 홀에 회전가능하게 장착된 잠금걸쇠와 연결된 키뭉치(2), 상기 하우징 내에서 제공되어 일단이 키뭉치와 접촉되어 잠금위치와 해제위치로 길이방향으로 이동가능하고 복수개의 돌출키(31)들이 형성된 잠금봉(3), 상기 잠금봉(3)에 회전가능하게 장착되고 잠금봉의 돌출키(31)와 맞물리는 위치와 맞물림 해제위치로 이동가능하며 외주면에 0 부터 9까지의 숫자가 형성된 복수개의 다이얼(4)들을 구비하는 다이얼 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 키뭉치(2)의 측면에 외주면 방향으로 연장된 가로홈(23), 상기 가로홈(23)에 대하여 직각 방향으로 세로홈(24)이 형성되어 있고, 상기 가로홈(23)을 탄성적으로 차단하도록 상기 세로홈(24)에는 상측에 스프링(25)이 배치되고 그 스프링에 의해 탄성적으로 상하 이동가능하게 제공된 캠부재(26)를 포함하며, 상기 잠금봉(3)의 선단부가 상기 가로홈(23)에 배치되어 잠금 및 잠금해제를 위한 키뭉치의 회전시 캠부재(26)를 타고 넘어가도록 된 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 잠금봉(3)은 홀더부재(7)의 양측 중앙부에 형성된 홀을 통해 이동가능하게 제공되며, 키뭉치와 인접한 선단부(71)는 양측으로 경사짐으로써 키뭉치가 회전될 때 잠금봉이 키뭉치의 측면에 형성된 가로홈에서 세로홈에 제공된 캠부재를 타고 넘어 이동하도록 되어 구조가 단순화되어 고장 발생율이 낮고, 제조비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
