Sheating work cup using method of construction for temporary retaining wall
The present invention relates to a temporary retaining construction method capable of preventing earth and sand remaining in accessory equipment for drilling from falling and piling up on a primary mortar layer in an excavation hole when drawing a casing from the excavation hole after primarily placing mortar in the excavation hole during temporary retaining construction, and a sheathing work cup used therefor. The temporary retaining construction method includes: a first step of forming an excavation hole on the ground using accessory equipment for drilling, and then, inserting a vertical pipe-shaped casing into the excavation hole; a second step of drawing the accessory equipment for drilling from the excavation hole while keeping the casing left in the excavation hole; a third step of inserting an H-beam into the casing, and then, filling the hole with mortar to form a first mortar layer; a fourth step of installing a sheathing work cup in a lower part of the accessory equipment for drilling, and then, drawing the casing from the excavation hole; and a fifth step of filling an upper part of the first mortar layer in the excavation hole with mortar again to form a second mortar layer.
본 발명은 가설 흙막이 공사시 굴착공에 몰탈을 1차 타설후, 굴착공에서 케이싱을 인발할 때 천공용 부속 기기에 남아 있던 토사가 낙하되어 굴착공 내부의 1차 몰탈층 위에 쌓이는 것을 사전에 차단 및 방지할 수 있도록 한 가설 흙막이 공법 및 그 공법에 사용되는 흙받이컵에 관한 것으로서, 천공용 부속 기기를 이용해 땅에 굴착공을 형성한 후 수직의 파이프 형태를 이루는 케이싱을 상기 굴착공에 인입시키는 제1 단계와; 상기 케이싱을 굴착공에 남겨둔 상태로 천공용 부속 기기를 굴착공에서 인발하는 제2 단계와; 상기 케이싱 내부에 H빔을 삽입한 후 몰탈을 충진하여 제1 몰탈층을 형성하는 제3 단계와; 상기 천공용 부속 기기의 하부에 흙받이컵을 설치한 후 케이싱을 굴착공에서 인발하는 제4 단계와; 상기 굴착공 내부의 제1 몰탈층 위에 다시 몰탈을 충진하여 제2 몰탈층을 형성하는 제5 단계;로 이루어진 것이다.
