One Body Conduction Floodgate Winch
The present invention relates to an integrated rotating sluice winch in which a wire drum and a driving motor are directly connected to an integrated gear box structure including a differential reducer and an on-axis reducer to prevent operational noise and exposure of a rotating part to the outside, thereby ensuring excellent stability; a gear box integrated with a main driving device can be applied to have excellent compatibility in manufacture of R- and L-type rotating winches by reversing the top and bottom of the integrated gear box; and a wire rope loosening detector detects loosening of a wire rope when the rotating sluice reaches the lower limit, so that the reverse rotation of the wire drum can be prevented.
본 발명은 일체형 전도수문 권양기에 관한 것으로 차동감속기, 축상감속기가 포함된 일체형 기어박스 구조에 와이드드럼, 구동모터를 바로 연결하여 작동시 소음 발생 및 회전부가 외부로 노출되지 않아 안정성이 뛰어나며, 일체형 기어박스를 통해 기어박스 상, 하면을 바꾸어 사용하게 되면 주 구동장치 일체형 기어박스를 적용할 수 있어 전도권양기 R형, L형 제작에 있어 호환성이 뛰어나며, 와이어 로프 이완 감지장치를 통해 전도수문이 수문위치 하한점에 도달 시 와이어 로프의 이완을 감지하여 와이어 드럼의 역회전을 방지할 수 있는 일체형 전도수문 권양기를 제안한다.
