LARGE SIZE FORMING ANGLE COMPOSITE HAVING BAND
The present invention provides a pre-assembly column integrally provided with a formwork and a band, comprising: a forming angle composite (FAC) column including four main angles which are vertically arranged by being spaced apart from each other at a corner of a column as an angle in which a part thereof bent at 90° has an arc shape; the formwork surrounding each side of the column for pouring concrete; and the band surrounding the formwork. The formwork includes: a first panel forming one side of the formwork; a second panel forming the surface adjacent to the first panel; and a panel fixing device fixing edges at which the first panel and the second panel come into contact. An objective of the present invention is to provide the pre-assembly column integrally provided with the formwork and the band, which can improve transportability of the pre-assembly column.
본 발명은 90°로 절곡된 부분이 원호 형상을 한 앵글로서 기둥의 코너 위치에 서로 이격되어 수직으로 배치되는 4개의 주앵글을 포함하는 포밍앵글 합성 기둥(forming Angle Composite, FAC); 및 콘크리트 타설을 위해 상기 기둥의 각 면을 둘러싸는 거푸집 및 상기 거푸집을 둘러싸는 밴드를 포함하되, 상기 거푸집은, 거푸집의 어느 한 면을 이루는 제1 패널; 상기 제1 패널과 이웃한 면을 이루는 제2 패널; 및 상기 제1 패널과 상기 제2 패널이 맞닿는 모서리를 고정하는 패널 고정기구를 포함하는 거푸집과 밴드를 일체로 구비하는 선조립 기둥을 제공한다.
