Manufacturing Method for Vermiculite Board
The present invention relates to a vermiculite board manufacturing method. According to the present invention, grinding is performed after vermiculite gemstone heating, and a vermiculite board is manufactured simply with water and pressure without using a binder for vermiculite powder bonding. As a result, a highly durable vermiculite board excellent in sound absorption, heat insulation, and sterilization can be manufactured without any harm to the human body. The present invention includes: a material preparation step of preparing vermiculite gemstone; a baking step of heating the vermiculite gemstone for a predetermined time; a grinding step of grinding and pulverizing the heated vermiculite gemstone; a kneading step of forming vermiculite paste by mixing the vermiculite powder and water at a predetermined ratio; a compression molding step of performing high-pressure compression on the vermiculite paste in a molding frame to mold the paste into a board; and a thermal drying step of applying heat to and drying the molded vermiculite board in a drying chamber.
본 발명은 질석 원석을 가열한 후 분쇄함과 아울러 질석분말을 결합시키기 위한 바인더를 사용하지 않고 물과 압력만을 이용하여 질석보드를 제조함으로써 인체에 전혀 유해하지 않으면서도 흡음성과 단열 및 살균효과가 우수하고 내구성이 우수한 질석보드를 제조할 수 있는 질석보드 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 질석 원석을 준비하는 재료준비단계; 질석 원석을 일정 시간 동안 가열하는 베이킹단계; 가열된 질석 원석을 분쇄하여 분말화하는 분쇄단계; 질석 분말과 물을 적절한 비율로 혼합하여 질석 페이스트를 형성하는 반죽단계; 질석 페이스트를 성형틀에 투입한 후 고압으로 압축하여 보드 형태로 성형하는 압축성형단계; 및 성형된 질석보드를 건조실에 투입한 후 열을 가하여 건조시키는 열건조단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
