An admixture for a gypsum board
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an admixture for gypsum board, an admixture for gypsum board manufactured thereby, and a composition for forming a gypsum board comprising the same. More specifically, the objective of the present invention is to provide a technique capable of controlling the physical properties of an admixture, such as the fluidity, setting time, bubble size, and the like, of gypsum slurry, by controlling both the degree of sulfonation (DS) of a sulfonated polystyrene-based polymer compound and the type and polymerization degree of monomers included in the polymer compound.
본 발명은 석고보드용 혼화제의 제조방법 및 그에 따른 석고보드용 혼화제, 이를 포함하는 석고보드 형성용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 자세하게는 술폰화된 폴리스티렌(Sulfonated Polystyrene, SPS)계 고분자 화합물의 DS(degree of sulfonation)와 고분자 화합물에 포함된 단량체들의 종류 및 중합 정도를 조절함으로써 석고 슬러리의 유동성, 응결 시간, 기포 크기 등 혼화제 물성 조절이 가능한 기술을 제공하고자 한다.
