According to an embodiment of the present invention, a retaining wall structure comprises a plurality of construction units forming a front side of a retaining wall and a net member buried in a rear side of the construction unit. The retaining wall structure comprises: a first construction unit; a second construction unit disposed on a lower side of the first construction unit; a fixing means interposed between the first construction unit and the second construction unit; and a net member buried in a rear side of the retaining wall while a portion of the net member is inserted or fixated into the fixing means. The fixing means comprises: a support body disposed between the first construction unit and the second construction unit; an upper support rod extended from the support body to an upper side; a lower support rod extended from the support body to a lower side; an upper fixing unit formed in the upper support rod to penetrate and be inserted into a lower surface of the first construction unit; and a lower fixing unit formed in the lower support rod to penetrate and be inserted into an upper surface of the second construction unit.
