The present invention relates to a hollow PC column, a manufacturing method thereof, a connecting method thereof and a connection structure thereof, and more specifically, to a hollow PC column, a manufacturing method thereof, a connecting method thereof and a connection structure thereof, wherein a hollow PC column can be used during the installation of a construction structure or a civil engineering structure to facilitate the installation thereof and to reduce time for installation and connection between structures. To achieve the purpose, the present invention provides a hollow PC column, a manufacturing method thereof, a connecting method thereof and a connection structure thereof, the hollow PC column comprising: a column body part composed of concrete, having a hollow part formed therein, and having a plurality of opening parts formed on the outer circumference surface of a lower end part; a spiral reinforcing steel rod part buried in the column body part; a plurality of main reinforcing steel rod parts connected to the spiral steel rod part and arranged in the lengthwise direction of the column part; an upper supporting module installed on the upper end part of the column part; and a lower supporting module installed on the lower end part of the column part. The lower supporting module includes: a bracket part at least partially buried in the column body part and installed on the opening part to be exposed through the opening part; and a fixing bar extending from the bracket part and buried in the column part to fix the bracket part.
본 발명은 중공형 PC 기둥 및 이의 제작 방법, 및 이의 접합방법 및 접합구조 에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 건축 구조물 또는 토목 구조물 설치시 중공형 PC 기둥을 이용하는 경우, 그 설치가 간편하고, 설치 및 구조물 간의 연결 시간을 단축할 수 있는 중공형 PC 기둥 및 이의 제작 방법, 및 이의 접합방법, 및 접합구조에 관한 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 중공부가 형성되고 하단부 외주면에 다수의 개구부가 형성되는 콘크리트 재질의 기둥 몸체부와; 기둥 몸체부 내부에 매립되는 나선형 철근부와; 나선형 철근부와 연결되며 기둥부의 길이 방향을 따라서 배치되는 복수의 주철근부와; 상기 기둥부의 상단부에 설치되는 상부 지지 모듈과; 상기 기둥부의 하단부에 설치되는 하부 지지 모듈을 포함하되, 상기 하부 지지 모듈은; 상기 기둥 몸체부에 적어도 일부가 매립되며, 상기 개구부에 설치되어 개구부를 통하여 노출되는 브라켓부와; 상기 브라켓부로부터 연장되어 기둥부 내부로 매립되어 브라켓부를 고정시키는 고정바를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 PC기둥 및 이의 제작 방법, 및 이의 접합방법, 및 접합구조를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a hollow PC column, a manufacturing method thereof, a connecting method thereof and a connection structure thereof, and more specifically, to a hollow PC column, a manufacturing method thereof, a connecting method thereof and a connection structure thereof, wherein a hollow PC column can be used during the installation of a construction structure or a civil engineering structure to facilitate the installation thereof and to reduce time for installation and connection between structures. To achieve the purpose, the present invention provides a hollow PC column, a manufacturing method thereof, a connecting method thereof and a connection structure thereof, the hollow PC column comprising: a column body part composed of concrete, having a hollow part formed therein, and having a plurality of opening parts formed on the outer circumference surface of a lower end part; a spiral reinforcing steel rod part buried in the column body part; a plurality of main reinforcing steel rod parts connected to the spiral steel rod part and arranged in the lengthwise direction of the column part; an upper supporting module installed on the upper end part of the column part; and a lower supporting module installed on the lower end part of the column part. The lower supporting module includes: a bracket part at least partially buried in the column body part and installed on the opening part to be exposed through the opening part; and a fixing bar extending from the bracket part and buried in the column part to fix the bracket part.
본 발명은 중공형 PC 기둥 및 이의 제작 방법, 및 이의 접합방법 및 접합구조 에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 건축 구조물 또는 토목 구조물 설치시 중공형 PC 기둥을 이용하는 경우, 그 설치가 간편하고, 설치 및 구조물 간의 연결 시간을 단축할 수 있는 중공형 PC 기둥 및 이의 제작 방법, 및 이의 접합방법, 및 접합구조에 관한 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 중공부가 형성되고 하단부 외주면에 다수의 개구부가 형성되는 콘크리트 재질의 기둥 몸체부와; 기둥 몸체부 내부에 매립되는 나선형 철근부와; 나선형 철근부와 연결되며 기둥부의 길이 방향을 따라서 배치되는 복수의 주철근부와; 상기 기둥부의 상단부에 설치되는 상부 지지 모듈과; 상기 기둥부의 하단부에 설치되는 하부 지지 모듈을 포함하되, 상기 하부 지지 모듈은; 상기 기둥 몸체부에 적어도 일부가 매립되며, 상기 개구부에 설치되어 개구부를 통하여 노출되는 브라켓부와; 상기 브라켓부로부터 연장되어 기둥부 내부로 매립되어 브라켓부를 고정시키는 고정바를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 PC기둥 및 이의 제작 방법, 및 이의 접합방법, 및 접합구조를 제공한다.
