The present invention provides a chisel for a hydraulic breaker, which is installed inside the hydraulic breaker and struck by a reciprocating piston. More particularly, the present invention provides a chisel for a hydraulic breaker, which comprises: a chisel body of a shaft structure provided with a horn-shaped crushing part at the bottom; and a stress dissipating part in which a plurality of grooves and projections are alternately formed on an outer peripheral surface of the chisel body in the longitudinal direction in the form of irregularities, and which dissipates a stress wave transmitted from the upper side to the lower side of the chisel body by the blow of a piston, and a stress wave transmitted from the lower side to the upper side of the chisel body by the crushing part hitting an object to be crushed.
본 발명은, 유압 브레이커의 내부에 설치되어 왕복운동하는 피스톤에 의해 타격되는 유압 브레이커용 치즐에 있어서, 하단에는 뿔 형상의 파쇄부가 마련된 축 구조의 치즐몸체, 치즐몸체의 외주면에 길이방향으로 복수의 홈과 돌기가 번갈아가며 형성된 요철 형태로 마련되어, 피스톤의 타격에 의해 치즐몸체의 상측에서 하측으로 전달되는 응력파 및, 파쇄부의 피파쇄물 타격에 의해 치즐몸체의 하측에서 상측으로 전달되는 응력파를 분산시키는 응력 분산부를 포함하는 유압 브레이커용 치즐을 제공한다.
The present invention provides a chisel for a hydraulic breaker, which is installed inside the hydraulic breaker and struck by a reciprocating piston.
