An antimicrobial steel core panel structure is provided. Each of the plurality of panels includes a honeycomb core, two steel plates respectively disposed on inner and outer surfaces of the honeycomb core, and a plurality of molding parts disposed in a space defined by the honeycomb core and the steel plates, and surface-treated with the inorganic antimicrobial agent. The panel structure of the present invention has a complete antimicrobial and uninterruptible function, to be safely used in places in which damage by fine dust or bacteria is a concern, such as semiconductor manufacturing plants, various research laboratories, sterile rooms of pharmaceutical companies, and operating rooms of hospitals.
