본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기를 압축(자연탈수), 절단, 건조의 과정을 거쳐 음식물 쓰레기를 자동 배출시키는 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 투입구에 주름부를 구비시켜 사방으로 휘어질 수 있도록 하여 시공이 용이하도록 하고, 건조배출부의 내부공기를 배출하기 위한 배기팬을 고열을 발생하는 건조통에서 일정거리 이격시켜 구비시킴으로 고열로 인한 배기팬의 고장을 최소화함은 물론 배기팬의 진동 소음을 방지할 수 있는 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기가 투입되는 투입홀이 형성되며 물이 배출되는 배수홀이 형성되는 투입부와, 상기 투입부에 연결되어 음식물 쓰레기를 배출하는 제1배출부와 물을 배출하는 제2배출부가 구비되며 외측 둘레에는 사방으로 휘어지도록 나선형 형태의 주름부가 형성되는 배출관을 포함하는 호퍼부; 상기 호퍼부의 하부에 구비되어 제1모터의 구동에 의해 회전되면서 호퍼부로 유입되는 음식물 쓰레기를 수평방향으로 이동시키는 제1이송부; 상기 제1이송부를 통해 내부로 유입되는 음식물 쓰레기를 압축하여 수직방향으로 이동시키면서 절단하는 압축이송절단부; 상기 압축이송절단부를 통해 내부로 유입되는 압축(탈수) 및 절단된 음식물 쓰레기를 건조시켜 배출하는 건조배출부; 상기 건조배출부 내에서 발생하는 수증기 및 악취를 탈취부로 이송시키는 공기배출부; 상기 공기배출부를 통해 유입되는 수증기 및 악취를 제거하는 탈취배기부; 및 상기 탈취배기부에 물을 공급 및 분사하여 정화 세척하는 악취세척부;를 포함하는 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치를 제공한다.
Proposed is a food waste disposal apparatus for automatically discharging food waste by compressing (naturally dewatering), cutting, and drying food waste. More specifically, proposed is a food waste disposal apparatus having a corrugated part provided at an input hole so that same can be bent in all directions, and thus construction is facilitated, and having, at a predetermined distance away from a drying drum that generates high heat, an exhaust fan for discharging internal air of a drying and discharging part, so as to minimize breakdown of the exhaust fan caused by high heat, and enable vibration and noise of the exhaust fan to be prevented.
