본 발명은 작업발판과 작업발판 사이의 공간을 없애 작업자의 발이 빠져 다치는 사고를 비롯하여 작업공구가 아래로 떨어져 발판 아래에서 작업하는 작업자가 다치는 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 하는 비계용 안전발판을 제공한다. 본 발명은 작업발판의 양측 끝단에 비계시스템의 수평지지바에 안전발판을 고정하기 위한 고정수단을 결합함으로써 고정수단에 의해 작업발판과 작업발판 사이의 공간이 없앨 수 있기 때문에 작업자의 발이 빠져 다치는 사고를 비롯하여 작업공구가 아래로 떨어져 발판 아래에서 작업하는 작업자가 다치는 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다. 또한, 고정수단의 하부에 수평지지대를 고정시키기 위한 고정부재를 형성함으로써 고정수단을 수평지지대의 상측을 통해 걸면 고정부재는 회동하여 상측으로 이동 후 복귀하여 수평지지대의 측면과 맞닿아 수평지지대를 고정시킴으로써 설치가 용이하고, 수평지지대와의 고정도 안정적으로 할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다. 그리고, 작업발판의 하측에 형성되는 보강대를 일체로 압출 성형하여 일체로 형성함으로써 용접으로 일체로 형성하는 것에 비해 제조공정이 간단하고, 제조에 따른 비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
The present invention provides a safety platform for scaffolds, which eliminates spaces between adjacent work platforms and thus can obviate accidents where a worker's foot slips into such spaces or a dropped tool causes damage to a worker working below the platforms. By coupling a fixing means to both ends of each work platform configured to fix the safety platform to a horizontal support bar of a scaffold system, the present invention eliminates spaces between adjacent work platforms by means of the fixing means, and thus can obviate accidents where a worker's foot slips into such spaces or a dropped tool causes damage to a worker working below the platforms. In addition, the present invention enables convenient installation and can also secure the coupling to the horizontal support bar, by forming on a lower portion of the fixing means a fixing member configured for fixing the horizontal support bar, wherein the fixing means, when hooked from above the horizontal support bar, pivots to move upward and then contacts a lateral surface of the horizontal support bar upon return, thereby fixing the horizontal support bar. In addition, by integrally forming a reinforcement bar formed below the work platforms, through integrally extrusion molding same, the present invention enables a simpler manufacturing process compared to integrally forming same by welding, and thus can reduce manufacturing costs.
