일 측면에 따른 연약지반 급속 처리용 지반 고화재는, 고로슬래그 미분말 20~80중량%, 염소 함유량이 1∼10중량%인 제철소 중조 부산물 0 초과 50중량%, 물과 1:1 중량% 혼합시 10분 이내에 60℃ 이상 수화열 발생이 가능한 제철소 제강 더스트 5∼30중량%, 물과 1:1 중량부 혼합시 10분 이내에 60℃ 이상 수화열 발생이 가능한 페트로 코크스 연소재 5∼30중량%;, 물과 1:1 중량부 혼합시 10분 이내에 90℃ 이상 수화열 발생이 가능한 알루미늄 드로스 5∼30%중량%, 및 시멘트 5∼30중량%를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a ground solidification composition for rapid soft ground treatment to be used under a minimum curing condition. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the ground solidification composition comprises: 20 to 80 wt% of fine powder of blast furnace slag; 50 wt% of sodium bicarbonate by-products from steel mills having a chlorine content of 1 to 10% by weight; 5 to 30 wt% of steelmaking dust capable of generating heat of hydration at 60°C or higher within 10 minutes when mixed with water and 1 : 1 wt%; 5 to 30 wt% of petro-coke combustion ash capable of generating heat of hydration at 60°C or higher within 10 minutes when mixed with water in 1 : 1 parts by weight; 5 to 30 wt% of aluminum dross capable of generating heat of hydration at 90°C or higher within 10 minutes when mixed with water in 1 : 1 parts by weight; and 5 to 30 wt% of cement.
