Long-Span Deck with Top Separation Prevention
The present invention relates to a long-span deck to be prevented from being detached upward. To this end, the long-span deck to be prevented from being detached upward comprises: truss girders which have lower rods provided on both lower portions of an upper rod, respectively, which are coupled to each other by a pair of waveform lattice bars inclined outward and downward, and have foot portions formed in both lower portions thereof by outwardly bent lower portions of the lattice bars; deck members which have a bottom portion, a top portion, and inclined side portions for connecting the bottom portion and the top portion, which are formed by being continuously bent so that ridge and valley portions are provided, and have foot grooves formed on the valley portions to be bent outward so that the foot portions are fitted and coupled between the bottom portion and the inclined side portions; and restraint members which have support portions symmetrically formed on both sides of a rod coupling portion coupled to the upper rod so that end portions of the support portions are fixed to the top portion. Therefore, both lower and upper fastening of the truss girders and the deck members can be secured to prevent both longitudinal end portions of the truss girders from being relatively deformed upward, so that structural stability and solid fastening force can be expected.
본 발명은 상부 이탈 방지형 장스판 데크에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명의 상부 이탈 방지형 장스판 데크는 상부로드의 양측 하부에 각각 하부로드가 구비되어 외측으로 하향 경사진 한 쌍의 파형 래티스바에 의하여 상호 결합되고, 상기 래티스바의 하부가 외측으로 절곡되어 양측 하부에 푸트부가 형성되는 트러스거더; 산부와 골부가 마련되도록 연속 절곡되어 바닥부와 상면부 그리고 상기 바닥부와 상면부를 연결하는 경사측부가 형성되고, 상기 골부에는 바닥부와 경사측부 사이에 상기 푸트부가 끼움 결합되도록 외측으로 푸트홈이 절곡 형성되는 데크부재; 및 상기 상부로드에 결합되는 로드 결합부의 양측으로 지지부가 대칭되게 형성되어 상기 지지부의 단부가 상면부에 고정되는 구속부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이로써, 상기 트러스거더와 데크부재의 하부 체결과 상부 체결을 동시에 확보하여 트러스거더의 길이방향 양단부가 상대적으로 상부로 변형되는 현상을 방지할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 구조적 안정성과 견고한 체결력을 기대할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a long-span deck to be prevented from being detached upward. 본 발명은 상부 이탈 방지형 장스판 데크에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명의 상부 이탈 방지형 장스판 데크는 상부로드의 양측 하부에 각각 하부로드가 구비되어 외측으로 하향 경사진 한 쌍의 파형 래티스바에 의하여 상호 결합되고, 상기 래티스바의 하부가 외측으로 절곡되어 양측 하부에 푸트부가 형성되는 트러스거더; 산부와 골부가 마련되도록 연속 절곡되어 바닥부와 상면부 그리고 상기 바닥부와 상면부를 연결하는 경사측부가 형성되고, 상기 골부에는 바닥부와 경사측부 사이에 상기 푸트부가 끼움 결합되도록 외측으로 푸트홈이 절곡 형성되는 데크부재; 및 상기 상부로드에 결합되는 로드 결합부의 양측으로 지지부가 대칭되게 형성되어 상기 지지부의 단부가 상면부에 고정되는 구속부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이로써, 상기 트러스거더와 데크부재의 하부 체결과 상부 체결을 동시에 확보하여 트러스거더의 길이방향 양단부가 상대적으로 상부로 변형되는 현상을 방지할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 구조적 안정성과 견고한 체결력을 기대할 수 있다.
