REBAR BINDING CLIP
The present invention relates to a clip for binding reinforcing bars with one hand and, more specifically, to a clip for binding reinforcing bars which balances binding of two crossed reinforcing bars at two places to strongly bind the reinforcing bars, and easily binds binding ends separated from each other with one hand to stop the reinforcing bars to easily and quickly bind reinforcing bars even at a site at which work space is difficult to secure. To achieve the objective, according to the present invention, the clip for binding reinforcing bars comprises: a first stopping unit bent to stop a first reinforcing bar thereon; a second stopping unit extended and connected from both ends of the first stopping unit, and bent to one side to stop a second reinforcing bar crossed with the first reinforcing bar thereon; a stopping end extended and connected from one end of the second stopping unit, and bent inwards to form a third stopping unit on which the first reinforcing bar is stopped; and a binding end bent from one end of the stopping end to one side to bind stopping ends while forming an insertion unit into which the first reinforcing bar is inserted.
본 발명은 한손 결속이 가능한 철근 결속용 클립에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 교차 배열된 2개의 철근을 각각 2개소씩 결속 균형을 맞추어 보다 강하게 결속되게 하며, 서로 분리된 결속단들을 한 손으로 쉽게 결속시켜 철근이 걸리게 함으로써, 작업 공간 확보가 어려운 현장에서도 철근들을 보다 쉽고 빠르게 결속할 수 있게 하는 철근 결속용 클립에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 철근 결속용 클립은, 제1 철근이 걸리도록 절곡 형성된 제1 걸림부, 상기 제1 걸림부의 양단부에서 연장 연결되며, 일측으로 절곡되어 상기 제1 철근과 교차 배열된 제2 철근이 걸리는 제2 걸림부, 상기 제2 걸림부의 일단부에서 연장 연결되며, 내측으로 절곡되어 상기 제1 철근이 걸리는 제3 걸림부를 형성하는 걸림단, 상기 걸림단의 일단부에서 일측으로 절곡되어 상기 제1 철근이 끼워지는 끼움부를 형성하면서 걸림단들이 결속되게 하는 결속단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
