METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PERMEABLE BLOCK AND THE PERMEABLE BLOCK THEREBY
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing permeable blocks capable of maintaining permeability continuously and a permeable block manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a first step of mixing coarse aggregate, first cement, first blast furnace slag, silica fume, a first polymer binder, an air entraining (AE) water reducing agent, and water to form a base layer mixture; a second step of mixing fine aggregate, second cement, second blast furnace slag, a second polymer binder, and water paper slurry to form a surface layer mixture; a third step of injecting the base layer mixture into a mold and applying vibration and pressure to form a base layer; a fourth step of forming a surface layer by injecting the surface layer mixture to be laminated on the upper surface of the base layer and applying vibration and pressure; and a fifth step of steam-curing the base layer and the surface layer.
본 발명은 투수블록의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 투수블록을 제공한다. 상기 투수블록의 제조방법은 굵은골재, 제 1시멘트, 제 1고로슬래그, 실리카흄, 제 1폴리머바인더, AE감수제 및 물을 혼합하여 기층용혼합물을 형성하는 제 1단계, 잔골재, 제 2시멘트, 제 2고로슬래그, 제 2폴리머바인더 및 폐지슬러리가 함유된 물을 혼합하여 표층용혼합물을 형성하는 제 2단계, 상기 기층용혼합물을 금형에 주입하고 진동가압하여 기층을 형성하는 제 3단계, 상기 기층의 상면에 적층되도록 상기 표층용혼합물을 주입하고 진동가압하여 표층을 형성하는 제 4단계 및 상기 기층과 상기 표층을 증기양생하는 제 5단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
