METHOD OF MANUFACTRING CONCRITE BLOCK USING WASTE VINYL AND PLASTIC
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing concrete blocks using waste plastic film and waste plastic, which manufactures high-strength concrete blocks. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: melting and extruding a recycled mixture of waste plastic film, waste plastic, waste wood, and a binder to form a rod-shaped molded body; cutting the molded body to a predetermined length to form a recycled frame suitable for a block size; placing the formed recycled framework in a block mold; filling the inside of the block mold with a mortar mixture; compacting the mortar mixture filled in the block mold; curing the compacted mortar at room temperature so that the mixture hardens to form a concrete molded body; and separating the cured concrete molded body from the block mold and drying the separated concrete molded body.
본 발명의 폐비닐 및 폐플라스틱 재사용 콘크리트 블록의 제조방법은 폐비닐 및 폐플라스틱, 폐목재 및 결합재의 재사용 혼합물을 용융 압출하여 봉상의 성형체로 성형하는 단계와, 성형체를 일정 길이로 절단하여 블록 사이즈에 적합한 재사용 골조를 형성하는 단계와, 형성된 재사용 골조를 블록 금형 내에 배치시키는 단계와, 블록 금형 내부를 몰타르 혼합물로 충진하는 단계와, 블록 금형 내에 충진된 몰타르 혼합물을 다짐하는 단계와, 다짐된 몰타를 혼합물이 굳어 콘크리트 성형체를 형성하도록 상온에서 양생하는 단계와, 양생된 콘크리트 성형체를 블록 금형으로부터 이탈시켜서 건조시키는 단계를 구비한다.
