SAND PLAYGROUND CLEANING STERILIZING UNIT AND METHOD
The present invention relates to a sterilization device of a sand playground and a sand sterilization method using the same. The sterilization device comprises a plow unit which plows sand on a sand playground and a direct fire unit which sterilizes the sand plowed through the plow unit with direct fire so as to directly sterilize the sand with flame of the direct fire unit, thereby improving efficiency in sterilizing the sand. To this end, provided is a sterilization device of a sand playground, which is capable of killing germs contained in sand on the sand playground so that the use of safe sand is possible. The sterilization device of a sand playground comprises: a frame; an engine provided on one side of the frame and configured to generate own energy to enable operation; a plow unit provided on one side at the bottom of the frame and configured to plow sand on the sand playground so that sterilization efficiency can be improved; and a direct fire unit provided on the other side at the bottom of the frame and configured to directly eject flame to the sand plowed by the plow unit to kill germs contained in the sand, thereby improving efficiency in sterilizing the sand.
본 발명은 모래놀이터의 소독 장치 및 그 장치를 이용한 모래소독방법에 관한 것으로서, 모래놀이터의 모래를 갈아엎는 작용을 하는 쟁기부와 상기 쟁기부를 통해 갈아엎어지는 모래를 직화로 소독시키는 직화부를 제공함으로써, 상기 직화부의 화염으로 모래를 직접적으로 소독시킴과 건조시켜 모래에 대한 소독 효율을 향상시키도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 모래놀이터에 깔려있는 모래에 포함된 세균을 사멸시켜 안전한 모래의 사용이 가능하도록 하는 모래놀이터의 소독 장치에 있어서, 프레임과; 상기 프레임의 일측에 구성되어, 자체 에너지를 발생하여 운행이 가능하도록 하는 엔진과; 상기 프레임의 하방 일측에 구성되어 모래놀이터에 깔려있는 모래를 갈아엎도록 함에 따라 소독효율이 향상될 수 있도록 하는 쟁기부; 및 상기 프레임의 하방 타측에 구성되어 상기 쟁기부를 통해 갈아엎어는 모래에 직접적으로 화염을 분출시켜 상기 모래에 포함된 세균을 사멸시킴에 따라 모래에 대한 소독효율이 향상시키도록 하는 직화부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
