본 발명은 가로등, 신호등, 도로 표지판, 타워 폴을 포함한 각종 도로 시설용 조립식 지주에 관한 것이다. 이에 본 발명의 기술적 요지는 높이에 따라 상,중 또는 상,중,하 단계별로 분할되어 조립식으로 결합되는 종전 지주체의 주된 문제점인 결합 이음부 풀림(등기구, 신호등, 표지판 등의 회전 및 유동에 따른 추락 위험 등) 현상과 조립 일체성을 개선한 것으로, 본원의 상부 폴과 하부 폴은 톱니형 돌기와 체인 스프라켓 형태의 돌기홈을 갖는 각도 가변 및 스토퍼링에 의해 자중 조립시 견고한 조립 일체성을 확보하도록 함은 물론 완전한 구속(결속) 구조로 인해 강한 바람이나 차량 등의 진동에 따른 체결구 풀림 현상을 방지하여 조립식 지주의 구조 안전성과 견고한 결합성을 크게 개선하도록 하는 특징이 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 선택적 실시예로서, 최상단 아암 지주 폴과 상부 폴의 조립시 핀 형태의 스토퍼가 기어치차 또는 물결 형태의 요철부와 대응되도록 형성되어 회전(체결구 풀림 현상에 따른 아암 지주 폴의 유동 회전)을 원천적으로 차단하도록 하되, 설치 현장 및 설계 변경과 같은 아암 지주 폴의 가변 상황이 발생하면 쉽고 편리하게 각도를 조절하여 재조립할 수 있도록 함으로써, 작업성과 조립성 및 유지보수성이 개선되는 특징이 있다. 다시 말해, 본 발명은 가로등주의 전체적인 틀어짐 현상을 원천적으로 방지하도록 함으로써, 제품 내구성과 품질이 우수한 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a prefabricated pole for various kinds of road equipment including a street lamp, a traffic light, a road sign, and a tower pole. Moreover, a prefabricated pole as an optional embodiment of the present invention is capable of fundamentally preventing the rotation of an arm pole due to the release of the coupler by forming a pin-shaped stopper to correspond to an uneven portion formed into a toothed gear form or a wave form when assembling the uppermost arm pole and the upper pole and re-assembling the arm pole and the upper pole by easily and conveniently changing an angle of the arm pole when variations in the arm pole such as changes in an installation place and a design occur, thereby improving the work efficiency, the assemblability, and the maintainability. Namely, the present invention is characterized by a fact that excellent product durability and an excellent product quality are obtained by fundamentally preventing the torsion of the entire street lamp pole.
