지하차도 측구 수로 결빙 방지 시스템이 제공된다. 결빙 감지 센서와 전열선을 포함한 장치를 설치하여 측구 수로관의 결빙을 방지하기 위하여 측구 수로관에 전열선을 설치하고, 온도, 습도, 유량 등의 측정 장치를 설치하여 결빙 또는 결빙 위험이 있는 것으로 판단되는 경우에는 제어부가 작동하여 전열선을 구동하여 발열시켜 측구 수로의 결빙을 해동시켜 배수관을 통해 원활하게 집수정으로 배수될 수 있도록 하여 도로 결빙으로 인한 통행권 방해를 방지하고 교통안전성을 제고할 수 있도록 한다.
