본 발명의 엇갈림갭판을 구비한 교량용 신축이음장치는 서로 마주하는 면에 상호간에 맞물리도록 핑거부(11)가 형성되며 일정간격 이격된 한쌍의 핑거플레이트(10); 상기 한쌍의 핑거플레이트(10) 하부 일측에 설치되는 엇갈림갭판(20); 상기 한쌍의 핑거플레이트(10) 하부 타측에서 상기 엇갈림갭판(20)과 마주하여 설치되며 전,후 이동이 가능하여 한쌍의 핑거플레이트(10)의 신축이 용이하게 하는 엇갈림상판(30); 방수와 탄성력을 갖는 재질이며 일측이 상기 엇갈림갭판(20)과 엇갈림상판(30)의 하부로 배치되고 타측에 하부를 향해 경사진 경사판(41)이 형성되어 하부로 배수를 유도하도록 설치되는 배수유도판(40); 상기 배수유도판(40)의 하부 일측에서 상기 엇갈림상판(30)의 일측을 지지하도록 엇갈림상판(30)과 상,하 엇갈리게 배치되며 하부에 복수의 지지앵커(S)가 설치되는 엇갈림하판(50); 상기 한쌍의 핑거플레이트(10) 타측에서 상기 엇갈림상판(30)의 하부에 설치되며 하부에 복수의 지지앵커(S)가 설치되는 엇갈림지지판(60); 상기 경사판(41)에서 배출되는 물이 유입되게 상기 경사판(41)의 하부에 배치되며 상기 엇갈림지지판(60)의 하부에 설치된 제1수직측판(61)의 내측면에 설치되는 상부 개방형의 배수유도관(70)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
An expansion joint for a bridge with a staggered gap plate of the present invention comprises: a pair of finger plates (10) having finger parts (11) formed on surfaces facing each other to engage with each other and spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval; a staggered gap plate (20) installed on one lower side of the pair of finger plates (10); a staggered upper plate (30) installed facing the staggered gap plate (20) at the lower side of the pair of finger plates (10) and movable forward and backward to facilitate expansion and contraction of the pair of finger plates (10); a drainage guide plate (40) made of a material having waterproofness and elasticity, having one side disposed under the staggered gap plate (20) and the staggered upper plate (30), and having an inclined plate (41) inclined toward the lower part formed on the other side to guide drainage to the lower part; a staggered lower plate (50) staggered up and down with the staggered upper plate (30) so as to support one side of the staggered upper plate (30) at one lower side of the drainage guide plate (40) and installed with a plurality of support anchors (S) on the lower side thereof; a staggered support plate (60) installed at the lower part of the staggered upper plate (30) at the other side of the pair of finger plates (10) and having a plurality of support anchors (S) installed on the lower part thereof; and an upper open drainage guide pipe (70) disposed under the inclined plate (41) so that water discharged from the inclined plate (41) flows therein and installed on the inner surface of a first vertical side plate (61) installed under the staggered support plate (60). Accordingly, there is excellent workability and constructability.
