Wood material for windows and doors with improved non-combustibility and manufacturing method therefor
The present invention relates to a wooden material for a window with an improved non-combustion function and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises: a processing chamber sealing step of inserting a wooden material in a processing chamber and sealing the same; a wooden material drying step of applying heat to the wooden material arranged in the processing chamber and drying the same; a wooden material non-combustion layer forming step of forming a non-combustion layer on a surface of the wooden material by applying a non-combustion material to the wooden material arranged in the processing chamber; a wooden material non-combustion layer drying step of drying the non-combustion layer applied to the wooden material by supplying air to the processing chamber; a non-combustion layer surface processing step of processing the surface of the non-combustion layer formed on the wooden material by taking out the wooden material passing through the wooden material non-combustion layer drying step from the processing chamber; a wooden material uniform cleaning step of impregnating the wooden material passing through the surface processing step in a water tank filled with water; and a finishing drying step of taking out the wooden material impregnated in the water tank and drying the same. The present invention effectively improves the non-combustion function by successively forming the non-combustion layer and a non-combustion coating layer on the surface of the wooden material for a window. Since a double-structure layer is formed on the surface, the wooden material can be protected from external impacts and contamination. The present invention can improve support force and strength. The present invention can improve the non-combustion function and non-combustion efficiency.
본 발명은 불연기능이 향상된 창호용 목자재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 불연기능을 갖는 창호용 목자재로서, 목자재를 가공챔버에 투입한 후 밀폐시키는 가공챔버 밀폐단계와, 상기 가공챔버에 배치된 상기 목자재에 열기를 가해 건조시키는 목자재 건조단계와, 상기 가공챔버에 배치된 상기 목자재에 불연재를 도포하여 상기 목자재의 표면에 불연층을 형성시키는 목자재 불연층 형성단계와, 상기 가공챔버에 에어를 공급하여 상기 목자재에 도포된 불연층을 건조시키는 목자재 불연층 건조단계와, 상기 목자재 불연층 건조단계를 거친 목자재를 상기 가공챔버에서 인출하여 상기 목자재에 형성된 불연층 표면을 가공하는 불연층 표면처리단계와, 상기 표면처리단계를 거친 목자재를 물이 충진된 수조에 함침시키는 목자재 균일세척단계와, 상기 수조에 함침된 상기 목자재를 인출하여 건조시키는 마감건조단계로 이루어져, 창호용 목자재의 표면에 순차적으로 불연층과 불연코팅층을 형성하여 효과적으로 불연기능을 향상시키게 되고, 표면에 이중구조로 층이 형성되어 외부의 충격과 오염으로부터 목자재를 보호할 수 있게 되고, 지지력과 강도를 향상시키게 되며 불연기능 및 불연효율을 향상시킬 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a wooden material for a window with an improved non-combustion function and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises: a processing chamber sealing step of inserting a wooden material in a processing chamber and sealing the same; a wooden material drying step of applying heat to the wooden material arranged in the processing chamber and drying the same; a wooden material non-combustion layer forming step of forming a non-combustion layer on a surface of the wooden material by applying a non-combustion material to the wooden material arranged in the processing chamber; a wooden material non-combustion layer drying step of drying the non-combustion layer applied to the wooden material by supplying air to the processing chamber; a non-combustion layer surface processing step of processing the surface of the non-combustion layer formed on the wooden material by taking out the wooden material passing through the wooden material non-combustion layer drying step from the processing chamber; a wooden material uniform cleaning step of impregnating the wooden material passing through the surface processing step in a water tank filled with water; and a finishing drying step of taking out the wooden material impregnated in the water tank and drying the same. The present invention effectively improves the non-combustion function by successively forming the non-combustion layer and a non-combustion coating layer on the surface of the wooden material for a window.
