Swimming pool with carbon fiver panels and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a water tank of a swimming pool using a carbon fiber panel and a construction method thereof. An objective of the present invention is to provide a water tank of a swimming pool using a carbon fiber panel and a construction method thereof, which form a carbon fiber panel layer by continuously installing a plurality of carbon fiber panels on the inner wall of a water tank of a swimming pool by a dual packing structure, form a carbon fiber tile layer by fitting and attaching a plurality of carbon fiber tiles to edge tiles and groove tiles, and improve the waterproofing and constructability for the water tank of the swimming pool by a dual waterproof layer structure of the carbon fiber panel layer and the carbon fiber tile layer. According to the present invention, a plurality of carbon fiber panels are continuously installed on the inner wall of a water tank of a swimming pool by a dual packing structure via a support body to be separated from the bottom surface and the wall surface of the water tank of the swimming pool to form a carbon fiber panel layer, and a plurality of carbon fiber tiles are fitted and attached to edge tiles and groove tiles to form a carbon fiber tile layer. The waterproofing and constructability for the water tank of the swimming pool are improved by a dual waterproof layer structure of the carbon fiber panel layer and the carbon fiber tile layer.
본 발명은 탄소섬유패널을 이용한 수영장 수조와 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 복수의 탄소섬유패널이 이중패킹구조에 의해 수영장 수조 내벽에 연속적으로 설치되어 탄소섬유패널층이 형성되고, 복수의 탄소섬유타일이 테두리 타일과 요입 타일의 끼워맞춤 및 부착되어 탄소섬유타일층이 형성되며, 탄소섬유패널층과 탄소섬유타일층의 이중 방수층 구조에 의해 수영장 수조에 대한 방수성 및 시공성이 향상된 탄소섬유패널을 이용한 수영장 수조와 그 시공방법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 수영장 수조의 벽체면과 바닥면에 이격되도록 지지체를 매개로 복수의 탄소섬유 패널이 이중패킹구조에 의해 수영장 수조 내벽에 연속적으로 설치되어 탄소섬유패널층이 형성되고, 복수의 탄소섬유타일이 테두리 타일과 요입 타일의 끼워맞춤 및 부착되어 탄소섬유타일층이 형성되며, 탄소섬유패널층과 탄소섬유타일층의 이중 방수층 구조에 의해 수영장 수조에 대한 방수성 및 시공성이 향상되도록 되어 있다.
