System and method for making a decision on snow removal work
The present invention considers three factors of road icing which are a temperature of a road surface, presence or absence of moisture on the road surface (snowfall, rainfall, dew, fog, water melted by snow removal, etc.), and concentration of a deicing material (chloride) for preventing icing, accurately measures the factors, and predicts a road icing time point in consideration of interactions of the factors. Due to this, it is possible to accurately determine whether a snow removal work is performed and when a snow removal work is performed, and accurately determine a spraying amount of a deicing material so that regardless of a snow removal experience, a road manager can accurately and quickly determine a snow removal work intention.
본 발명은 도로 결빙의 3요소인 1. 도로 표면의 온도 2. 도로 표면의 습기의 유무 (강설, 강우, 이슬, 안개, 제설작업에 의해 녹은 물 등) 3. 결빙을 방지하기 위해 살포된 제설제(염화물)의 농도를 모두 고려하고, 이를 정확하게 측정하고, 이들의 상호작용을 고려하여 도로결빙 시점을 예측한다. 이로 인해, 제설작업의 수행여부, 제설작업의 수행 시기, 제설제의 살포량을 정확하게 결정할 수 있어, 제설작업 경험과 관계없이, 도로관리자가 제설작업 의사를 정확하고 신속하게 결정할 수 있다.
