The present invention relates to a filth prevention film for reducing slime floating soil, which is directly installed on a soft ground reinforcing device (DCM agitator) to perform a slime spreading reduction function while directly blocking spreading of slime (floating soil) created during soft ground reinforcing work at a position close to the position at which the reinforcing work is performed. According to the present invention, the filth prevention film for reducing slime floating soil is used in a soft ground reinforcing device including: an injection pipe inserted into soft ground on the seabed, providing a flow path receiving an improvement material, and having a supply hole unit discharging the improvement material; an agitator installed on the lower end of the injection pipe to crush and agitate the soft ground when the injection pipe is rotated by power transferred from a driving unit of heavy equipment; and a blade providing a vertically moving force for an area of the soft ground crushed by the agitator to provide a flow in the crushed area of the soft ground to prevent slime created during the operation process of the agitator and the blade from spreading. A soft film structure for preventing slime spreading in the soft ground is formed to enclose an underwater area in the vicinity of the agitator and the blade around the agitator and the blade.
본 발명은 연약지반 보강장치(DCM 교반기)에 직접 설치되어 연약지반 보강 작업 중 발생되는 슬라임(부상토) 확산을 보강 작업 중인 위치와 근접한 위치에서 직접 차단하면서 슬라임 확산 저감 기능을 발휘할 수 있는 슬라임 부상토 저감 오탁 방지막에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 슬라임 부상토 저감 오탁 방지막은, 해저의 연약지반에 삽입되고 개량재료가 공급되는 유로를 제공하며 개량재료가 토출되는 공급홀부를 형성한 주입관과, 중장비의 구동부로부터 전달되는 동력에 의한 상기 주입관의 회전 시 상기 연약지반을 분쇄하여 교반시키도록 상기 주입관의 하단에 설치되는 교반기와, 상기 연약지반의 상기 교반기를 통해 분쇄되는 영역에 대해 상하 유동하는 힘을 제공하여 상기 연약지반의 분쇄된 영역에 흐름을 제공하는 블레이드를 포함하는 연약지반 보강장치에 사용되어 상기 교반기 및 블레이드의 동작 과정에서 발생되는 슬라임의 확산을 방지하는 오탁 방지막으로서, 상기 연약지반에서의 슬라임 확산을 방지하기 위한 연질의 막 구조체가 상기 교반기 및 블레이드를 중심으로 상기 교반기 및 블레이드 주변의 수중 영역을 둘러싸도록 형성된다.
