The present invention relates to a floor hinge device for a door, the floor hinge device comprising: a hinge block installed on any one of a door, a door frame, and the ground; a hinge shaft installed in an inner space of the hinge block and having a cam on the outer circumference; a piston unit installed to be relatively rotatable with respect to the hinge shaft and moving linearly within the hinge block according to rotation of the door; and a spring supporting the gap between the piston unit and the hinge block. The piston unit includes: an upper plate and a lower plate connected to the hinge shaft at a predetermined interval from each other; a roller rotatably installed between the upper and lower plates and in contact with the cam provided on the outer circumference of the hinge shaft; a piston head installed to be connected to the upper and lower plates; and a fitting coupling unit for fitting and coupling the piston head to the upper and lower plates. The present invention can significantly reduce manufacturing time and costs.
