Prestressed soldier H-pile and self-supporting retaining wall construction method using the same
The present invention relates to a prestressed H-pile being under bending stress by compressive tension, and a self-supporting retaining wall construction method using the same. The prestressed H-pile comprises: a main member having an H-beam structure; an upper fixing member and a lower fixing member fixed to a front flange located on a front side of an excavated part among two flanges located at both ends of the main member and constituting the main member; an auxiliary member having an H-beam structure and positioned between the upper fixing member and the lower fixing member; coupling nuts and coupling bolts for temporarily fastening the flanges of the auxiliary member and the main member so that the flange of the auxiliary member and the front flange of the main member can slide with each other while being in close contact with each other; and a tension jack located between the upper fixing member and the auxiliary member to maintain the compressive tension applied to a lower part of the upper fixing member and an upper part of the auxiliary member by using a hydraulic jack to introduce bending stress to the main member. Therefore, the prestressed H-pile can minimize the displacement of a retaining wall supported by the H-pile, thereby enabling the retaining wall to be supported by itself.
본 발명은 압축 긴장력에 의해 휨응력 상태의 프리스트레스가 도입된 엄지말뚝과 이를 이용한 자립식 흙막이 공법에 관한 것으로, H빔 구조의 주부재, 주부재의 양단에 위치하고 주부재를 구성하는 두 개의 플랜지(flange) 중 굴착부 전면측에 위치한 전면 플랜지에 고정되는 상부정착부재와 하부정착부재, 상부정착부재와 하부정착부재 사이에 위치하는 H빔 구조의 보조부재, 보조부재의 플랜지가 주부재의 전면 플랜지에 밀착된 상태에서 서로 미끌어질 수 있도록 보조부재와 주부재의 플랜지를 가체결하는 결합너트와 결합볼트, 상부정착부재와 보조부재 사이에 위치해서 주부재에 휨응력을 도입하기 위해 유압잭을 이용해 상부정착부재 하부와 보조부재 상부에 가해진 압축 긴장력을 유지시키는 긴장잭을 포함하는 휨응력 상태의 프리스트레스가 도입된 엄지말뚝과 이를 이용한 자립식 흙막이 공법에 관한 것이다.
