The present invention relates to an up-down method metal pole holding remote control system for CCTV, which includes: a post (10) installed on the ground, and provided with a lifting control unit (107) so as to be adjustable for the height; at least one camera (20) installed on the support (10), and providing an operation control unit (201) and a photographing control unit (202) controlled according to a control signal of a control server (30) to photograph an image including at least one subject to generate image data; and a control server (30) connected to the Internet network with the post (10) and the camera (20) to transmit a control signal for the photographing control unit (202), receiving the image data photographed from the camera (20), analyzing the subject of the received image data, and transmitting the control signal so that the lifting control unit (107), the operation control unit (201), and the photographing control unit (202) are interlocked. 본 발명은 CCTV용 업다운 방식 메탈 폴 지주 원격 제어 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 지면에 설치되되, 승강제어부(107)를 구비하여 높낮이 조절이 가능한 지주(10); 지주(10)에 설치되되 관제서버(30)의 제어신호에 따라 제어되는 동작제어부(201)와 촬영제어부(202)를 구비하여 적어도 하나의 피사체를 포함하는 영상을 촬영하여 영상데이터를 생성하는 적어도 하나 이상의 카메라(20); 지주(10), 카메라(20)와 인터넷 네트워크로 연결되어 동작제어부(201), 촬영제어부(202)를 위한 제어신호를 송신하고, 카메라(20)에서 촬영된 영상데이터를 수신하며, 그 수신된 영상데이터의 피사체를 분석하여 승강제어부(107), 동작제어부(201), 촬영제어부(202)가 연동되게 제어신호를 송신하는 관제서버(30); 를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 카메라를 통해 촬영되는 영상에서 피사체와 이미지 크기를 설정하면, 그 촬영되는 영상을 분석하여 설정된 피사체가 항상 촬영영역의 중앙에서 설정된 이미지 크기로 선명하게 위치하도록 지주와 카메라의 동작이 자동 제어되면서 피사체에 대한 추적촬영이 자동으로 이루어지는 효과가 있다.
