18MPa Concrete Composition having Recycled Aggregates without Recycled Fine Aggregates
The present invention relates to a concrete composition which includes a recycled aggregate and is used for framework construction of a building. The present invention relates to an 18 MPa class recycled aggregate concrete composition according to a use ratio of a recycled thick aggregate. The concrete composition includes: water; a natural fine aggregate; a natural thick aggregate; the recycled thick aggregate; a binder; and an expandable admixture. An amount of the recycled thick aggregate is 287-495 kg/m^3. An amount of the natural thick aggregate is 432-640 kg/m^3. A mixing ratio of the recycled thick aggregate and the natural thick aggregate is 3: 7-5: 5. Design reference strength is 18 MPa. The amount of the recycled thick aggregate is controlled by a volume ratio of a target use amount of a recycled building material.
본 발명은 순환골재를 포함하며 건축물의 골조 공사에 사용되는 콘크리트 조성물로서, 물, 천연 잔골재, 천연 굵은 골재, 순환 굵은 골재, 바인더 및 팽창성 혼화제를 포함하는 조성을 가지며; 순환 굵은 골재량은 287 내지 495kg/㎥이고; 천연 굵은 골재량은 432 내지 640kg/㎥이며; 순환 굵은 골재와 천연 굵은 골재의 혼합비는 3:7 내지 5:5이고; 설계 기준강도는 18MPa의 구성을 가지고 있어서, 목표로 하는 재활용 건축자재 사용량의 용적비율 정도에 따라 순환 굵은 골재량을 조절하게 되는 구성을 가지는 "순환 굵은 골재의 사용비율에 따른 18MPa급 순환골재 콘크리트 조성물"에 관한 것이다.
