The present invention relates to a soundproof panel having a bulletproof function and a soundproof wall using the same. A sound absorbing material having a size and a shape corresponding to the inner space of a frame is divided into first and second sound absorbing materials. Between the first and second sound absorbing materials, one or two bulletproof plates made of high-strength plastic are installed in a sandwich manner. By forming a plurality of through holes and blocking wings in the bulletproof plate, it is possible to perform the bulletproof function while maintaining the sound absorption function of an existing soundproof plate as it is. It is possible to facilitate production and minimize cost increase. Since the soundproof wall can be constructed in a conventional way using an existing "H" type post, the construction cost can be minimized. The soundproof panel includes a frame, first and second sound absorbing materials, and a bulletproof member.
본 발명은, 프레임의 내부공간에 상응하는 크기와 형태를 갖는 흡음재를 제1 및 제2 흡음재로 구분하고, 그 사이에 하나 또는 2개의 고강도 플라스틱 소재로 이루어진 방탄판을 샌드위치 식으로 설치하되, 상기 방탄판에 다수의 관통홀과 차단 날개를 형성하여 기존 방음판의 흡음 기능을 그대로 유지하면서도 방탄 기능을 수행할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 생산이 용이하게 하고 비용의 증가를 최소화할 수 있으며, 기존의 "H"형 지주를 이용하여 기존의 방식으로 방음벽을 시공할 수 있기 때문에 시공비를 최소화할 수 있는 방탄 기능을 갖는 방음판 및 이를 이용한 방음벽에 관한 것이다.
