The present invention relates to a perforated plate for a gas stove using a ceramic material, in which the perforated plate made of ceramic materials is installed on the upper side of a heating part of the gas stove to improve efficiency of thermal energy and improve a reduction effect of nitrogen oxide (NO_x), sulfur oxide (SO_x), carbon monoxide (CO), etc. generated in a combustion process, wherein the gas stove comprises: a housing in which a knob for ignition and gas flow rate control is installed at one side of a lateral surface of a case with a square shape, a fuel exchange hole into which a gas fuel container is inserted is installed at the other side of the knob and a gas supply pipe having one end portion connected to the gas fuel container inserted into the fuel exchange hole is installed therein; a burner in which an ignition device connected to the other end portion of the gas supply pipe is installed at the center of the upper surface of the housing; and a heating unit installed at the upper side of the burner via a support and having an outer circumferential surface on which a plurality of heat dissipation holes are formed in a predetermined pattern. A plate-shaped ceramic perforated plate is fixatedly coupled to the upper end portion of the heating unit, and a plurality of perforated holes having a predetermined pattern from a central portion as a start point are formed on the surface of the ceramic perforated plate.
본 발명은 세라믹 물질들로 구성된 타공 플레이트를 가스난로의 발열부 상측에 설치하여 열에너지의 효율 향상 및 연소과정에서 발생하는 질소산화물(NOx), 황산화물(SOx), 일산화탄소(CO) 등과 같은 대기오염물질의 저감 효과를 향상시키도록 한 세라믹 소재를 이용한 가스난로용 타공 플레이트에 관한 것으로, 그 구체적인 구성은, 정방형상으로 이루어진 케이스의 측면 일측에 점화 및 가스유량 조절을 위한 노브가 설치되고 상기 노브의 타측에는 가스연료통이 삽입되는 연료교체구가 설치되며 내부에는 상기 연료교체구로 삽입되는 가스연료통과 일단부가 연결된 가스공급관이 설치되는 하우징;과, 상기 하우징의 상면 중앙에 상기 가스공급관의 타단부와 연결된 점화장치가 설치되는 버너;와, 상기 버너의 상측에 지지대를 매개로 설치되고 외주면에는 일정 패턴으로 다수개의 열 방출공이 형성되는 발열부;를 포함하여 이루어진 가스난로에 있어서, 상기 발열부의 상단부에 판형의 세라믹 타공 플레이트가 고정 결합되고, 상기 세라믹 타공 플레이트의 표면에는 중심부를 기점으로 일정 패턴을 갖는 다수개의 타공 홀이 형성되는 구조로 이루어진다.

본 발명은 세라믹 물질들로 구성된 타공 플레이트를 가스난로의 발열부 상측에 설치하여 열에너지의 효율 향상 및 연소과정에서 발생하는 질소산화물(NOx), 황산화물(SOx), 일산화탄소(CO) 등과 같은 대기오염물질의 저감 효과를 향상시키도록 한 세라믹 소재를 이용한 가스난로용 타공 플레이트에 관한 것으로, 그 구체적인 구성은, 정방형상으로 이루어진 케이스의 측면 일측에 점화 및 가스유량 조절을 위한 노브가 설치되고 상기 노브의 타측에는 가스연료통이 삽입되는 연료교체구가 설치되며 내부에는 상기 연료교체구로 삽입되는 가스연료통과 일단부가 연결된 가스공급관이 설치되는 하우징;과, 상기 하우징의 상면 중앙에 상기 가스공급관의 타단부와 연결된 점화장치가 설치되는 버너;와, 상기 버너의 상측에 지지대를 매개로 설치되고 외주면에는 일정 패턴으로 다수개의 열 방출공이 형성되는 발열부;를 포함하여 이루어진 가스난로에 있어서, 상기 발열부의 상단부에 판형의 세라믹 타공 플레이트가 고정 결합되고, 상기 세라믹 타공 플레이트의 표면에는 중심부를 기점으로 일정 패턴을 갖는 다수개의 타공 홀이 형성되는 구조로 이루어진다.
