-- FACILITIES FOR DEPOSITING LIGHTWEIGHT AERATED CONCRETE AND FOAM REGENERATION-MIXING-TRANSMISSION DEVICE
The present invention provides an apparatus for placing lightweight foamed concrete and a foam regeneration-mixing-transmission device used therefor, wherein the apparatus for placing the lightweight foamed concrete includes: a lightweight concrete slurry mixing unit; a lightweight concrete slurry/foam mixing unit; a placement unit including a placement pipe, and further includes a foam regeneration-mixing-transmission device in the placement pipe, wherein the foam regeneration-mixing-transmission device includes: a body having a pipe shape identical to or similar to that of the placement pipe; a rotary blade provided within the pipe shaped body to perform foam regeneration and re-mixing of the lightweight foam concrete slurry and increase a transmission force; and an air injection device provided outside the pipe shaped body and injecting air to the rotary blade formed therein through an air injection pipe communicating with the inside of the body. The present invention regularly maintains the quality of the lightweight foamed concrete.
본 발명은 경량 콘크리트 슬러리 혼합부; 기포발생부; 경량 콘크리트 슬러리와 기포 혼합부; 및 타설관을 포함하는 타설부;를 포함하는 경량 기포 콘크리트 타설 장치에 있어서, 상기 타설관에는 기포재생-혼합-이송 장치가 더 구비되며, 상기 기포재생-혼합-이송 장치는 타설관과 동일 또는 유사한 관형태의 몸체; 상기 관형태의 몸체 내부에 구비되어 경량 기포 콘크리트 슬러리의 기포 재생 및 재혼합을 수행하고 이송력을 증가시키는 회전날개; 및 상기 관형태의 몸체 외부에 구비되며 상기 몸체 내부와 연통되는 공기분사관을 통하여 내부의 회전 날개로 공기를 분사하는 공기분사장치;를 포함하는 경량 기포 콘크리트 타설 장치 및 그 장치에 사용되는 기포재생-혼합-이송 장치를 제공한다.
