A safety fence according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a plurality of posts including a first post, a second post spaced apart from the first post, a third post disposed adjacent to the second post, and a fourth post spaced apart from the third post, extending in a vertical direction and fixated to the ground; a support extending in a horizontal direction and coupled to the plurality of posts; a first display unit wound within the second post and unwound therefrom to be coupled to the first post; a second display unit wound within the third post and unwound to be coupled to the fourth post; and a solar cell module coupled to the upper surface of the second post and the upper surface of the third post and electrically connected to the second post and the third post to supply power to the first display unit and the second display unit. The present invention can display various phrases.
